Let’s understand this in very simple words. If you are from another EU country and move to Poland legally, then of course you can live in Poland for 90 days without applying for a visa, but if you want to stay longer, you have to apply for a residence permit even if you have an EU visa or passport.

- You have a house contract or zameldowania.
- If you are family, then your family documents, e.g., marriage certificate, child birth certificate, etc.
- Job offer letter (optional), but it would be a plus point for you.
Author advice for you: when you reach Poland, then you must get the house contract form land lord and get offical address or zameldowania, a house where you are living because the imigration office must know where you are living exactly in Poland. this is standard requirmeent not in poland but also in every country in europe and without proper address, it doesn’t help to get a residence permit in Poland for any EU family member.
