Appointment at the Polish Immigration
When you decide to apply for a residency permit in Poland, you cannot just go there and file your application. Maybe before it was like that, but now they have changed the process in Warsaw, meaning if you want to apply for a residence permit in Warsaw, you have to make an appointment online, and then you have to visit the immigration office.
How to apply for TRC
- You can apply through the Inpol and Mos systems.
- You can apply through their customer service point.
- You can apply by post.
Which one to prefer?
We have given you three options below in order to give you more clarity about the best options.
Option 1: you should prefer to submit through the Inpol appointment system In Warsaw, where you have to create a login and find a date to submit your documents, you can consider this if you are in a hurry and want to make a fingerprint quicker than usual.
Option 2: submit your application at their service point located in Warsaw. This is the second option that you can avail if you don’t get an appointment through Inpol.
Option 3: This is the last option when you don’t have the first two options, meaning sending by post, and it is one of the longest processes that may take 3 to 6 months extra for fingerprints.
Author’s keynote for you: these options are only for those who live in Warsaw and the surrounding area. If you live in another city, then you don’t need to follow this process, but you can use option three anywhere, meaning you can send by post to any office located in your area.
The above process is only for residents of Mazowieckie. if you live in Krakow, for example, you have to fallow another process or you can directly visit to immigration office located in your city.
